Why are your services free?
In full compliance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice and DoD ethics regulations which prohibit service members from using their official position for private gain I offer all military-event photography services entirely free of charge. By providing complimentary coverage, gear, and travel for unit ceremonies, promotions, and other military functions, I ensure no personal profit is derived from my role or affiliation.
Do you photograph military events not listed?
Absolutely! While I’ve highlighted the most common ceremonies, promotions, retirements, change of command, squadron photos, and send-offs, I’m happy to cover any military-affiliated event you need: award banquets, reenlistment ceremonies, unit picnics, and more. Just send me the event type, date, and location, and I’ll confirm availability, coordinate any required clearances, and provide the same complimentary, professional coverage under DoD ethics regulations.
How far in advance should I book to secure your services?
I recommend reserving your date at least 2–4 weeks before your event. That gives me time to coordinate with your POC and plan any special requests.
What’s your turnaround time for delivering edited images?
You’ll receive an online gallery of fully edited, high-resolution photos within 7–10 business days. If you need an expedited delivery, just let me know—I can often turn around key images in 48–72 hours.
What’s included in the free package digital files only or prints too?
Everything is on me:
Unlimited, fully edited high-resolution digital files
Web-ready versions optimized for social sharing
Complimentary physical prints (standard sizes)
Signature keepsakes (framed prints, plaques, etc.)
Enjoy both digital and physical mementos, completely free!
Can we request custom keepsakes or engraved gifts for honorees?
Yes! I offer a selection of custom keepsakes—engraved plaques, audio-photo frames, and more. We’ll discuss your honorees’ preferences up front, and I’ll include one signature piece per ceremony.
How do I reserve you?
Just complete the online booking form or shoot me an email via Outlook or Teams with your event date and details. I’ll then send over a brief service agreement once it’s signed, your date is officially locked in!

What happens if inclement weather impacts the ceremony?
I come prepared:
Weatherproof gear (covered lenses, off-camera flashes)
Alternate indoor shot lists ready to go
If severe conditions force a postponement, we’ll reschedule!
